  • Regional areas, approximately 6 to 12 business days

Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Goora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

Depending on the courier, your order may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive it.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost. Re-delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to courier availability and conditions.

Delays and External Factors
Delivery may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, weather events, or high demand periods. While we will do our best to assist, we are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@goora.com.au within 5 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

We may request photos and details to investigate the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Authority to Leave
By placing an order, you authorise the courier to leave the parcel at the delivery address if it is deemed safe to do so. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please contact us prior to dispatch.
